Additonal terms and condtions 1.Prices and services: Approximate prices for accommodation and otherservices are listed in the accommodation provider's presentation materials(website etc.). However, the price stated in the accommodation voucher isbinding for the customer. For the range of contractually agreed services andprices, their breakdown in the voucher is binding. The host is entitled tochange the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond his control (e.g. forcemajeure). 2.Cancellationof stay by the customer:The customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before arrival.Cancellation of stay requires a written electronic form (email with deliveryreceipt) to the address info@penzion-trutnov.cz. If the client shortens thestay (later arrival, earlier departure) for any reason, the amount paid for thestay is non-refundable. Cancellation fees when canceling astay: - less than 30 days before arrival 50% of the reservation price - less than 5 days before arrival 100% of the reservation price The date and time of sending theemail is decisive for determining the time of cancellation of the stay. Theaccommodation provider will not charge the customer the cancellation fees if hecould not use the agreed services for the following reasons: death in thefamily, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his family, seriousillness, recall order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to documentthe above facts with a written document to the accommodation provider within 3 days of their occurrence at the latest. 3.Payment: The customer can payfor the stay in advance online via the payment gateway. Payment via bankaccount is only possible after prior arrangement. We accept cash (CZK) orcredit card on the spot. When paying with the Benefit Plus card, the totalprice of the stay increases by 10%. 4.Check-in/Check-out: Arrival ispossible from 14:00 to 18:00, departure no later than 10:00. In case ofarrival/departure at a time other than the specified time without prioragreement, the customer will be charged a fee 5.Validity: These business andcancellation conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order andaccommodation voucher.
